The operator

MiMiSpot is operated by Mumin & Son, a business established in the United States, doing business as MiMiSpot. Mumin & Son is the platform operator responsible for the MiMiSpot website, the MiMiSpot Android app and any future MiMiSpot iOS app.

MiMiSpot's primary property and hospitality marketplace operates in Sierra Leone. The platform may be accessed by residents and travelers from countries around the world.

What MiMiSpot is

MiMiSpot is a marketplace and management platform. It connects travelers, tenants and customers with property owners, landlords, agents, property managers, hotels, guesthouses, experience hosts and service providers.

MiMiSpot is not the owner, landlord, agent, hotel operator, tour operator or service provider for listings published by others, unless a listing states otherwise. Contracts for a stay, lease, purchase, experience or service are formed between the customer and the provider.

One policy set, many platforms

MiMiSpot maintains a single canonical set of policies. The web, Android and future iOS apps read the same documents and the same version numbers, with jurisdictional supplements added where the law of a particular place applies.
