Forming a booking

A booking or reservation is an agreement between you and the provider. MiMiSpot records the listing, dates, price, currency, taxes, fees, the provider's cancellation and refund policy, the terms version and your consent at the moment the booking is made.

The transaction legal snapshot is immutable

That record cannot be edited later. If MiMiSpot or a provider publishes a new policy afterwards, your existing booking is still governed by the snapshot taken when you booked.

Changes and cancellations

• Cancellation outcomes follow the snapshot policy, not the policy shown on the listing today.
• Providers must honour the availability, price and description they published.
• Where a provider cancels or a property is unavailable, MiMiSpot will assist and, where applicable, escalate the case through support.

Problems on arrival

Report a materially inaccurate listing, a closed property, an unsafe property, impersonation or a licensing concern through the reporting workflow in the app or from the Safety & Verification page. Safety reports receive elevated handling.
