Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using MiMiSpot on the web, on Android or on a future iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Use, together with any jurisdictional supplement that applies to you and any additional terms presented for a specific transaction.

Where a transaction-specific term (for example a host's cancellation policy) conflicts with these terms, the transaction-specific term applies to that transaction only, and the version shown to you at the time of the transaction is the version that governs it.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter the agreements you make through the platform.
• MiMiSpot is not intended for children under 13 to independently create accounts.
• Property contracts, hotel bookings and financial transactions may require a higher minimum age under the law that applies to you; MiMiSpot may ask you to confirm your age or identity before such a transaction.

Role of the platform

MiMiSpot provides the marketplace, tooling, messaging, payment routing and administrative features. Providers remain responsible for their own listings, licences, tax obligations, safety obligations and legal compliance.

The existence of a listing on MiMiSpot is not a representation that the provider holds legal ownership, title, authority or any government licence. Verification badges describe what MiMiSpot reviewed, not what a government determined.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory conduct.
• No impersonation, fake accounts, fake listings or fake reviews.
• No attempt to move payments off-platform to avoid protections, fees or records.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or interference with platform security.

Suspension and termination

MiMiSpot may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is a credible safety concern, suspected fraud, a legal or regulatory requirement, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, MiMiSpot will explain the reason and how to respond.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you. Where the law allows a limitation, MiMiSpot relies only on limitations permitted by that law.

Governing law, venue, arbitration and class action waiver

Disputes are handled under the law and in the courts that apply to you under mandatory local rules. MiMiSpot does not ask you to give up any right of access to a court or consumer body that the law reserves for you. You can always raise a dispute with MiMiSpot first at muminandson@gmail.com.
