Subscription Terms

Plans and canonical pricing

MiMiSpot subscription plans are FREE_BASIC, RESIDENT, PRO_HOST, PRO_AGENCY and ENTERPRISE. Plans are priced in USD in a single canonical catalog shared by web, Android and future iOS. The price and catalog version shown at the moment you subscribe are the ones recorded for your subscription.

Authorization is not entitlement

Your authorization role (for example TRAVELER, OWNER, AGENT, EMPLOYEE, ADMIN, SUPER_ADMIN) is separate from your commercial plan. Buying or being granted a plan never grants administrative authority, and administrative staff are not automatically on a paid plan.

Complimentary and administrative access

MiMiSpot may grant a complimentary plan or an administrative override — for example for staff, testing or app-store review accounts. Such a grant records the reason, who granted it, when it takes effect and any expiry, and is not a purchase or a trial. No payment record is created for it.

Billing, changes and cancellation

• Paid plans remain unavailable for purchase until a payment processor is enabled for your region and account.
• Where a paid plan is active, it renews for the billing interval you chose until cancelled.
• Price changes apply from the next billing period, never retroactively to a completed period.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period unless the law requires otherwise.

App store subscriptions

Where a subscription is bought through Google Play or a future Apple App Store, that store's billing, cancellation and refund rules also apply to it.
