Who is responsible

Information MiMiSpot actually processes

• Identity and account information, including name, email, phone number and country.
• Profile information, including public display name and public profile fields you choose to publish.
• Verification and KYC information, including identity documents and verification status.
• Property documentation submitted by owners, agents and managers, including ownership, authority and survey documents.
• Booking, reservation, rental application, viewing, experience and service request information.
• Payment and subscription information, including plan, billing interval, currency and processor identifiers — never raw card or mobile-money credentials.
• Messages, support tickets, reviews and wishlists.
• Location information for properties and, where you allow it, approximate device location for search and maps.
• Device, IP and security information, and audit or security event records.
• Files you upload, including images and documents.

Why MiMiSpot processes it

• To operate accounts, roles and entitlements.
• To publish listings and run bookings, applications, viewings, experiences and service requests.
• To take payments and manage subscriptions.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud and keep the marketplace and its users safe.
• To provide support, resolve disputes and keep records of what was agreed.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations where they apply.

Public versus private

MiMiSpot separates a private user record from a public profile. Roles, plans, verification internals, identity documents and property compliance documents are not part of the public profile. Documents you upload for verification remain private unless they are explicitly intended for public display.

For private residences, public maps show an approximate location. An exact address is disclosed only where a booking or another authorised circumstance makes disclosure appropriate.

Service providers MiMiSpot uses

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage and hosting infrastructure.
• Google Maps Platform — maps, places and geocoding features.
• Email and push notification delivery providers.
• Payment processors, once payments are enabled for your transaction.

Your choices

You can access, download, correct and request deletion of your information from the Privacy Rights centre. Privacy rights vary depending on where you live, and MiMiSpot will evaluate your request under the laws applicable to you.

Children

MiMiSpot does not knowingly collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law, and the platform is not intended for children under 13 to create accounts independently. If you believe a child's information has been provided to MiMiSpot, contact muminandson@gmail.com.
