What verification means

MiMiSpot verification indicates that specified information or documentation has been reviewed. It does not constitute a government determination of ownership, legal title, property boundaries or absence of competing claims, and it is not a guarantee of safety, quality or licensing.

Reporting a concern

• A property, host, guest, experience or service provider that raises a safety concern.
• A fraudulent or materially inaccurate listing.
• An unsafe or closed property.
• Impersonation of a person or business.
• A licensing or regulatory concern.

How MiMiSpot handles reports

Safety reports are escalated for elevated handling. MiMiSpot may restrict a listing or account while it reviews a credible report. MiMiSpot does not publish internal fraud or risk scoring and does not accuse a user of criminal conduct.

Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authorities first, then report the incident to MiMiSpot.
