Verification states

Verification moves between requested, pending, verified, additional information required, restricted and rejected. Internal reasons and an audit trail are recorded for each change, visible to authorised staff only.

How your documents are protected

Identity and KYC documents are strictly private. They are never published, never attached to a public profile and never shared with a host, guest or other user. Access is limited to authorised verification staff.
