Prohibited conduct

• Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity of any kind.
• Listing property you have no authority to offer.
• Requesting or sending payment credentials through messaging, chat, support or reviews.
• Moving a transaction off-platform to avoid records, protections or fees.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or unlawful discrimination.
• Impersonation, fake accounts, fake listings and fake reviews.
• Uploading malware, scraping the platform or interfering with its security.
• Publishing another person's private information without permission.

Consequences

MiMiSpot may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, and where appropriate report conduct to the relevant authorities.
