Terms for those who list, manage or represent property.
Authority to list
You may list a property only if you hold the legal authority to do so — as owner, as lessee with the right to sublet, as an authorised manager, or under a documented agency authorization. MiMiSpot may request proof of ownership, leasehold rights, authority to manage, agency authorization, title or conveyance documentation, survey documentation or property identification.
How your documents are treated
Compliance documents are private to you, your authorised team and MiMiSpot's authorised compliance staff. They are not published with your listing unless a document is explicitly intended for public display.
Your policies and pricing
You set your cancellation, cleaning and usage policies and your prices. The version in force when a customer transacts is snapshotted into that transaction. You must honour the snapshot even if you later change your policy.
Non-discrimination
You must comply with the anti-discrimination requirements that apply where your property or service operates. MiMiSpot's Community Standards may additionally require broader non-discrimination than local law requires. MiMiSpot does not assert that one country's protected classifications define the law of every jurisdiction.
Taxes and insurance
You are responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations and for deciding what insurance is appropriate for your property or business. MiMiSpot does not provide insurance.
