Running an experience

• Describe the itinerary, duration, meeting point, inclusions and exclusions accurately.
• Hold the permits, registrations or operator authorizations required where the experience runs.
• Meet safety obligations, including equipment, capacity and guide competence.
• State clearly any physical requirement, age restriction or risk.
• Publish and honour a cancellation and refund policy.
