Where to send a request
Send law enforcement requests, preservation requests, subpoenas and other legal process to muminandson@gmail.com, addressed to Mumin & Son doing business as MiMiSpot. Identify the requesting authority, the legal basis, the account or transaction concerned and the records sought.
How MiMiSpot responds
MiMiSpot reviews each request for validity and scope, produces only what is required, and where lawful and appropriate notifies the affected user. Emergency requests involving a risk to life are prioritised.
